The Bats are flying out of Christchurch and will on the North Island to attend the New Zealand Music Awards and play a couple of gigs. Bass player Paul Kean was a member of Toy Love, who will be receiving a Legacy Award on Thursday night. The Bats will play shows at Leigh Sawmill on Nov. 2nd and at Wellington’s Bodega on the 3rd. The 13th Floor spoke to The Bats’ Kaye Woodward about shooting their latest video for Simpletons in the Christchurch Red Zone and their future recording plans. Listen to the interview here:
