The Killers: Live From The Royal Albert Hall

**** Las Vegas’ finest document their latest tour in fine fashion

Director: Dick Carruthers

There is something exhilarating about seeing a band just at the moment when they seem ready to conquer the world. That’s how The Killers come across as they take their latest tour to London’s Royal Albert Hall. The venue’s elaborate Victorian décor adds to the atmosphere as singer Brandon Flowers leads the group through stadium-ready rockers like Somebody Told Me, Mr. Brightside and When We Were Young.

Flowers looks somewhat overwhelmed early on, as if he can’t quite believe he is there, leading his band in front of thousands of adoring fans. Those fans add quite a bit to the excitement of this slickly-produced, well-crafted concert film.

Bonus features include interviews with fans and crew members and additional festival performances recorded this year.
