13th Floor New Song Of The Day: Howe Gelb – All You Need To Know
Last year Howe Gelb released his first solo album since putting his long-time band, Giant Sand, on indefinite hiatus. Future Standards found Gelb sitting at the piano, singing, or rather crooning, new songs in the style of Frank Sinatra’s In The Wee Small Hours.
Now, comes Further Standards, a new album due out November 24th, in which Gelb continues what he started last year, with the addition of vocalist Lonna Kelley helping out.
