13th Floor New Song Of The Day: J.J. Cale – Chasing You

Here’s one out of the blue…a previously unreleased track from the late, great J.J. Cale. 

Cale, the author of such laid back gems as After Midnight, Cocaine and Call Me The Breeze, passed away in 2013, his final studio album 2009’s Roll On.

Yes, it looks like a posthumous release is on its way. It’s title is Stay Around, it’s due out on April 26th and it was compiled by J.J.’s wife and musical collaborator Christine Lakeland Cale and features 15 previously unreleased Cale tunes.
