Watch: Alejandro Escovedo at The 13th Floor with Adam McGrath

Last Friday started out as a very special day at The 13th Floor as we were afforded a visit from Alejandro Escovedo and Adam McGrath.

The two were in town to perform at Auckland’s Tuning Fork, but they found time to stop by The 13th Floor where Alejandro sat down to talk to Marty Duda about his days with punk rock band The Nuns along with their mutual love of Mott The Hoople.

Then they proceeded to perform Alejandro’s Something Blue, from his acclaimed album, The Crossing, plus, as a special treat, Mott’s I Wish I Was Your Mother.
