Soaked Oats Announce Hans Pucket and Ha the Unclear as Tour Support
Soaked Oats are delighted to announce the first round of confirmed support artists for their impending romp around Aotearoa including Hans Pucket in Auckland, Ha the Unclear in Leigh, Nieve Strang in Dunedin and Wiri Donna in Wellington. The DJ prowess of Hot in the City will be at all shows.
As philosophical as always, Soaked Oats’ Oscar Mein muses, “Seems like a lucky break; being able to dip out for these shows in October/November. Who knows what may happen in the long term but we are very hyped to be getting back out for this little stint. A wee bag of new songs to show, some new tricks for the old ones, some great friends joining us on the way, let’s see what happens eh!“.

“Soaked Oats rather neatly push the parameters of pop-rock into interesting corners which gently have reference points in alt.country, post-New Wave atmospherics and moody dream-pop.” – Elsewhere
“A healthy dose of familiar southern jangle, a wry sense of humour and a bold rhythm section.” – NZ Herald
“There’s something infectious about their sound; it’s happy, it’s relaxed and a little bit cheeky.” – Pilerats
