Particle Kid Opens His Time Capsule: Interview
Particle Kid is Micah Nelson, youngest son of Willie. This Friday he releases his double album, Time Capsule, a record he claims is 32 years in the making.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spent some time with Micah on this Easter Sunday with Micah Nelson. We discussed our mutual friend, Tami Neilson, who was just at the Nelson complex recording with Willie. Then we got down to the business of Time Capsule. Its the record he’s been working on during the pandemic, a time that has also found him growing his own food and making hemp-based egg-shaped time capsules full of goodies that will go to a handful of lucky record buyers.
