Lost Vessels – Broken But Okay: 13th Floor New Song Of The Day
If 3 and a half minutes of hooky, female-fronted pop-punk is your thing, Auckland rock & roll mainstays Lost Vessels are here for you with their new single, Broken But Okay.
Here is the blurb with more:
The punchy 5-piece outfit known for high-energy live shows have been busy in the studio to release their first new song in two years, filled with hooks, harmonies and half-time breakdowns.

Sparked by lives that are hard to leave behind, Broken But Okay is a tour-de-force of melodic lyricism, bombastic gang-vocal chorus, and a tight rhythm-section interplay, which would quickly become a crowd favourite in live shows and took on new heights with the band’s addition of new guitarist Reuben Parlane in the lineup in 2024.
Dropping at the same time is the music video, a story-driven narrative produced by local content creator Benjamin Egan, following singer Eileen Jolly through a work day filled with frustration and a growing paranoia as the band pummels through the song in the confines of a corporate office space.
Lost Vessels have been making serious noise in the local scene since 2020, winning the Ding Dong Lounge Battle of the Bands competition, blazing on to record their debut EP with legendary producer Dave Rhodes (Blindspott, Devilskin), and frequently performing live alongside the likes of Written By Wolves, Coridian and Skinny Hobos.
Catch them August 16 at Big Fan with These Four Walls, returning to NZ for one show only.
