13th Floor New Song Of The Day: Bootsy Collins – Ladies Nite
Bootsy’s back! Bootsy Collins has just released a track from his upcoming album. World Wide Funk, due out October 27th.
The song is Ladies Nite and it finds the former P-Funk bassist in fine, funky form. The track features contributions from BlvckSeeds, DJ-Quik and MC-Eiht.
Other guests on the album include Doug E. Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, Buckethead and Stanley Clarke. Bootsy also throws down a tribute to his former bandmate, keyboard wizard Bernie Worrell, who died last year.
