Cash & Skye are Henri Cash and Sophia Skye. Henri plays with hard rocking LA band Starcrawler and Skye’s dad is the bass player in Rilo Kiley. Together they make music uniquely their own…featuring close harmonies, catchy melodies and some good old fashioned twang.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Henri and Sophia just before release day. The duo were in their studio in Pasadena preparing for a night out. We stopped them in their tracks to ask why it has taken so long from the couple, who have known each other since high school, to finally release an album. Along the way the conversation drifts into stories about The Eagles, marionettes, and looking for moose while stepping in bison poop. Something for everyone!
