Chillinit Announce New Zealand Tour 2021

Fresh off the back of a hugely successful Australian tour, CHILLINIT, one of the country’s most exciting and unprecedented hip-hop artists, will head to New Zealand for the first time this July.

The tour kicks off at Wellington’s Meow on Thursday July 8, before heading to Christchurch’s Cassels Blue Smoke on Friday July 9, and Auckland’s Neck of the Woods on Saturday July 10.

ChillinIt is riding high after a massive Australian tour, including three rounds of nationwide venue upgrades due to unprecedented demand. After performing to almost 5,000 fans in each of Sydney and Melbourne, ChillinIt’s debut NZ tour will be the first chance for Kiwi fans to experience the madness of his live shows.

These traits have built an eccentric and loyal trans-Tasman fan base known affectionately as the 420Fam and he has fast become one of Australia’s modern hip-hop icons, and a must-see performer.

The rappers’ 2018 debut album, Women, Weed & Wordplay received over 60 million streams, as well as three certified-Gold singles. His follow-up album The Octagon reached #2 on the ARIA Album Charts and #1 on the ARIA Digital Album Charts. The album’s lead single ‘Ready For The Pain’ was also the number one trending video on YouTube in Australia on its release.

To cap things off, ChillinIt has been propelled to new heights with the success of his Australian tour and recent ‘Full Circle’ mixtape’, along with new single ‘Henny and Reefer’, the first tase of new music from his forthcoming third album.
