2018 SPEAKERS FEEDBACK ON THE GOING GLOBAL SUMMIT
“The Going Global experience was a unique, effective and powerful way to connect with New Zealand’s people, culture and music scene. In terms of productivity and music business relations, it is one of the best conferences and industry gatherings I have attended.”
FABRIZIO ONETTO – OCESA, MEXICO
“Going Global may be known for its future-focused ethos and measurable business outcomes – and these features did not disappoint in 2018 – but for me personally, it was how it showed off the NZ industry that really impressed me. New Zealand has a music industry like no other, where its artists have formed a tight community with each other and the people behind the scenes, regardless of professional ties. The global industry as a whole could learn a lot from NZ and the best way to do that is by attending Going Global.”
Poppy Reid – Managing Editor, Seventh Street Media, AUST
The two-day conference culminates on Saturday night at three of Auckland’s most vibrant music venues; Wine Cellar, Backroom and Whammy! Bar. A handpicked New Zealand music festival experience will showcase New Zealand’s next big thing to fans, industry, and international tastemakers.
