Kris Kristofferson Has Died At The Age of 88: R.I.P.
Kris Kristofferson, singer/songwriter/actor has died at the age of 88 at his home in Maui, California. No cause of death has been given.
The Me and Bobby McGee songwriter won three Grammy Awards plus a Golden Globe, was in the Country Music Hall of Fame, was a member of The Highwaymen with Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson and was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University.
Kristofferson wrote Me and Bobby McGee, Sunday Morning Comin’ Down and Help Me Make It Through The Night. He appeared as an actor in Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid, Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore and A Star Is Born.
We will miss him.
