Love Party is Kate Yesberg and Dayle Jellyman. Married for 10 years, they’ve only just formed a band and released their debut album, Wow!, today.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Kate and Dayle who were home in Wellington and found out how this self-described “recovering lawyer” and in-demand musician formed a punk band and wrote and recorded 8 songs that make up a “time-stamped document of everything we’ve learned about love so far, from the romantic, to the ridiculous, to the universal.”
