Bridging the Tasman divide of their homelands (Waihi, Aotearoa & Naarm, Australia) with a shared passion for authentic songwriting, Moon and Jenkins write for story over trend, their collaboration for the love of art, and serving as a natural complement to varied other solo and group projects in Aotearoa and Australia.
In the duo’s second single, Jenkins masterfully drives the track’s contemplative rhythm, while guest musicians Jake Underwood (guitar) and Thom Swain (Bass), lend an expertly understated depth as Moon’s vocals croon and soar in their trademark raw style.

There has been a huge amount of change in the year between filming and releasing, so rewatching it now, I’m finding new connections to the song, to my space and to my understanding of the need for transformation.
