R.I.P. David Bowie
I can’t believe this is real. I just heard that David Bowie has passed away at age 69 from cancer. First Lemmy and now this. Words cannot describe in impact David Bowie’s music has had on mine, and millions of others’ lives. I am stunned. All I can say is thank you to The Star Man for making so much incredible music and being…David Bowie. I will now drop what I’m doing and listeb to Bowie from now until the foreseeable future. I suggest you do the same.

I’m rendered speechless……of so many possibilities, I turn to my favourite Bowie cover ever…Wild is the Wind….sublime…the starman’s gone from station to station….And as Blackstar was teasing our ears with its eerily beautiful newness, David was dying…intrigue till the end…the artist’s prerogative?

was on my out last night to see Nightwish and caught something like an obit from Richard Wilkie saying something ’bout th’ man…so those thoughts were running around in my head as I marched up to the Forum Theatre.No-one said nothing bout his passing tho even Lena.Prob a good thing.
