Richie Furay Is The The Country: Interview
Richie Furay, co-founder of Buffalo Springfield and Poco, talks to 13th Floor about his new album, In The Country.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Richie who was high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. His new album finds him covering a intriguing array of country acts from Keith Urban and Lee Ann Womack to Ricky Nelson and John Denver. On board to produce is Furay’s long-time friend and Grammy Award winning producer Val Garay (Kim Carnes, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt).
There’s plenty to talk about including a new documentary in the works about Richie and his life, narrated by another old friend, Cameron Crowe.
