Slothrust Brings Their Parallel Timeline to The 13th Floor

Slothrust front person Leah Wellbaum is here to tell us about the band’s brand new album, Parallel Timeline.

The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Leah Wellbaum of the hard rocking trio Slothrust on the eve of the release of the band’s 5th album, Parallel Timeline. The band has been through some tough times with bass player Kyle Bann no longer in the group after being accused of rape. Here is the band’s statement they posted on Reddit.

Obviously, Leah was unable to discuss that situation, but as you’ll see, she was very happy to talk about making Parallel Timeline and gave us a demonstration on how she gets comfortable with her guitar and why she asked Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale to sing with the band on one track.
