Sulfate Put Their Dark Spin On Godzone: Interview
Sulfate have just released their second album, Godzone, today and bandleader Peter Ruddell is here with his take on this dark, foreboding Kiwi music.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Peter earlier today about making Godzone in these strange and unsettling times. The band is now a trio with Hariet Ellis on bass and vocals and David Harris on drums.
Peter himself has been very busy these past few months, touring with his other band, Wax Chattels and sitting in with Jazmine Mary. Here he is to explain how the record came together and to talk about his other producing projects including Dick Move, Na Noise and a new outfit called Soft Bait. Check it out!
