With her second album just about ready for release, Aldous Harding treated the crowd at Avondale’s Hollywood Cinema to an evening of musical surprises, performing solo and with a small, but perfectly-formed band.
The Nudge release their new LP Dark Arts based on the back of their dynamic live shows of psychedelic jams and spaced out stoner riffs. Featuring just three tracks of increasing length and complexity, Dark Arts is an attempted journey of transporting the listener into The Nudge’s woozy world.

Auckland-based trio Tweed are about to release their debut album, High-Brow Blues later this week. The band recently visited The 13th Floor to play a few tunes and chat with Marty Duda.
