Tony Kamel – Takes Us Back Down Home: Interview
Tony Kamel is in Dripping Springs, Texas to tell us all about making music on “the third coast” and his new album, Back Down Home.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Tony who is living just outside of Austin, Texas. But Tony’s heart seems to be on the Gulf Coast, the area along the Gulf of Mexico in the US that includes Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi.
Recorded at The Bunker in Lockhard, Texas, Back Down Home is a tasty gumbo of country, cajun and blues.
