With plenty of punky attitude, Billy Nomates is one of 2020’s brightest new stars.  The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke with Tor Maries, who has just released her debut album as Billy Nomates. The album is titled No, but as you will see, Billy (or Tor) has quite the positive attitude.

With help from Portishead’s Geoff Barrow and a guest appearance by Jason Williamson of Sleaford Mods, Billy has made one of 2020’s standout debut albums.
