NYC musician and writer Jeff Slate releases his 43-song collection, Lockdown Live, today.
In addition to his musical adventures, both solo and with the band The Badge, Jeff is also an acclaimed music journalist, having written the liner notes for the Bob Dylan box set, More Blood, More Tracks (part of the Dylan Bootleg Series).
Now, here is Jeff Slate, talking to The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda about his new album full of his own songs and many, many covers, include quite a few written by Mr Dylan himself.
