13th Floor New Song Of The Day: Bettye LaVette – One More Song
Its always great to hear from our old friend Bettye LaVette. Her new release is entitled One More Song.
It’s the latest single from her upcoming album Blackbirds. One More Song was written by long-time Leonard Cohen collaborator Sharon Robinson and features all-star session musicians like guitarist Smokey Hormel, keyboardist Leon Pendarvis, drummer Steve Jordan and bassist Tom Barney.
Look for Blackbirds to be released on August 28th.
