13th Floor New Song Of The Day: Mavis Staples – Anytime
With her 80th birthday coming up next month, Mavis Staples shows no sign of slowing down.
Anytime is the latest new music from the gospel/funk icon. It comes from her forthcoming album, We Get By, written and produced by Ben Harper and due out on May 10th.
This will be Mavis’ second album of the year. She released the excellent Live In London back in February.
