I believe it was that esteemed philosopher Joni Mitchell who wrote, “you don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone”. That sentiment felt especially relevant as we were witness to a reunion show by The D4 at the soon-to-be-defunct Kings Arms.
Globetrotting jazz trumpeter Chris Botti finally made it to New Zealand, treating Auckland fans to an unparalleled display of musical virtuosity and showmanship.
Actor, and now singer, David Duchovny’s appearance at Auckland’s Powerstation brought out the starry-eyed dreamers…although there don’t seem to be as many of those as the artist may have hoped for.
