Cautious Clay (aka Joshua Karpeh) has just released his new album, titled Karpeh, on Blue Note Records.

The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Joshua who was in his adopted hometown of New York City. Joshua talks about collaborating with Immanuel Wilkins, Ambrose Akinmusire and Julian Lage and explains how his family history is tied up in this new music.
