Elvis Costello & The Imposters – Farewell, OK
Elvis Costello and his trusty Imposters serve up one more new song ahead of the release of their new album, The Boy Named If.
Sounding newly-invigorated Elvis and the band are rocking hard on this tasty new tune. The new album is out next Friday and here’s what E.C. has to say about Farewell, OK:
“Like a lot of good rock and roll songs this began with a drummer down in a basement and a singer howling outside the backdoor,” Costello, said in a statement. “It’s a blurred gaze, a drink too much, an accidental punch and a kiss goodnight all in the tumult of a dancehall”.
