Nanny Assis & Brazilian Jazz At Pah Homestead
Nanny Assis, Maggie Gould and Kevin Field and band will get you dancing leading into Easter.
Nanny (Brazilian born, based in NYC) won best 2017 best male vocalist of the year at the Press Awards and nominated for best show in NYC. The rhythms and music energising, bossa to forro to funky jazz standards and popular tunes. Nanny has collaborated with Maggie Gould, and Kevin Field and with full band here to raise money for the Christchurch Fund. Their new CD Todo Amor has been launched at The Blue Note, and they are also main stage at Tauranga Jazz Festival.
Nanny Assis & Band: Pah Homestead, 77 Hillsborough Rd, Wednesday, April 17th. Two shows 6:30 & 8:00pm. Tickets $35 on Door/Eventbrite with a portion of the proceeds to go toward the Christchurch Fund.
