Rain Parade were one of the finest Paisley Underground bands of the early 80s until they split in 1985. Now they are back with a new album titled Last Rays Of A Dying Sun. Here are Matt Piucci and Steven Roback to get us up to speed.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Matt and Steven on release day about all manner of things including guitars, politics, punk rock and cats. But mostly about how and why they came to record an album 38 years after the previous one.
