13th Floor photographer Rachel Webb braved the miserable Auckland weather to catch Shaun Kirk‘s set at the Wine Cellar last night. Here’s her report, along with a couple of great sets of photos.

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into the Wine Cellar on a wet, blustery Thursday night. The lights were dim and I didn’t hold out too much hope for improvement. Shaun Kirk did not disappoint. From the moment he walked onto the stage he engaged the audience with his laid back presence and humorous stories… and then he said the magic words, “can we have some house lights” Not only was he a pleasure to listen to, he was a photographers dream.”
