Shout Out Louds are a Swedish band described as “indie darlings”. If their excellent new album, House, is anything to go by, there will be plenty more love heaped on to them.

Shout Out LoudsThe 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to band leader Adam Olenius on the eve of the release of Shout Out Loud’s 6th album, House. Produced by Björn Yttling, of Peter, Björn and John, House casts the spell first heard by post-punk bands like Joy Division but with a sound relevant as hell here in the 21st century.
