Iconoclastic purveyors of drone-laden psychedelia, The Brian Jonestown Massacre will make their long-awaited return to New Zealand shores in June, 2018 with their brand-new record Something Else.

Fronted by prolific outlier Anton Newcombe, The Brian Jonestown Massacre have ploughed their own fertile furrow in the field of neo-psychedelia, yielding an impressive harvest of fifteen acclaimed studio albums across twenty eight years, including the brand new long player Something Else, which returns to the classic swirling retro-hued guitars, washed over droning and hypnotic rhythms, and of course Newcombe’s trademark edifying and biting social commentary.

Through electrifying live shows, and nourished by a remarkable flow of exciting new recorded music the Brian Jonestown Massacre have grown a loyal fan base in New Zealand.
