The Veils to Perform Nux Vomica – 2nd Auckland show added

In just one month’s time, The Veils will present the first ever live performance of their legendary sophomore album Nux Vomica in its ferocious entirety.

The Veils9am, Friday 26 March – To meet demand, The Veils have added a second Auckland show to their much-anticipated Nux VomicaLive in Concert tour.

The band will now play at the Powerstation on both Saturday May 1 (sold out) and Sunday May 2 (new show). The remaining seven shows are selling fast, with Dunedin down to the last remaining tickets (this will sellout over the coming days).

Audiences across New Zealand will be treated to live renditions of the singles Advice For Young Mothers To Be, Calliope & One Night on Earth as well as the title track Nux Vomica (used to great effect by Italian film director Paulo Sorrentino in his early masterpiece Il Divo) and the cataclysmic, roof-raising Jesus For the Jugular.
