Tonight The Blackbird Ensemble will stage Open Air Orchestra, a free outdoor concert featuring a 20-piece orchestra, the Howick Brass Band, The Souls Choir and the vocal services of Julia Deans, Tami Neilson, Bailey Wiley, Alae and Jessie Cassin.
The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda and cameraman Dennis Thorpe attended last night’s dress rehearsal and spoke to Julia Deans and Tami Neilson about their involvement in this show.
The show takes place tonight from 6pm – 9pm at Bell Park in Pakuranga, Auckland.
